1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Agency Role & Binding Authority Disclaimer

Citadel Insurance Group, Inc. operates strictly as an independent insurance agency licensed in the State of South Carolina.

  • Informational Purpose Only: Content on this Site is provided for general informational and comparative purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell insurance, a binding insurance contract, or a guarantee of coverage.
  • No Unilateral Binding: Insurance coverage CANNOT be bound, altered, canceled, or added by leaving a voicemail, submitting a web contact form, or sending an email. Coverage can only be bound after you have received explicit, written confi rmation from a licensed Citadel Insurance Group, Inc. agent following a completed application and underwriting approval.
  • Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer: We act as an intermediary broker connecting consumers with independent insurance carriers. Citadel does not control, underwrite, or guarantee the policy availability, premiums, coverage terms, or fi nancial solvency of third-party insurance carriers. Citadel is not liable for any carrier’s decision to decline coverage, adjust rates, modify terms, or deny claims.

3. User Representations & Accuracy of Information

By requesting a quote or submitting information on this Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where Citadel is authorized to conduct business.
  2. All information you provide (including property details, driving history, and personal identity) is complete, truthful, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  3. You acknowledge that misrepresentations, omissions, or fraudulent disclosures on quote requests may invalidate insurance coverage or lead to policy rescission by carriers.

4. TCPA & Electronic Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, email address, or submitting a quote request form through this Site, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Citadel Insurance Group, Inc. and its representative carriers via:

  • Electronic mail (email);
  • Telephone calls (including landlines and mobile devices);
  • Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service (MMS) text messages.

Automated Systems & Marketing: You agree that calls and text messages may be generated using automated telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artifi cial voice technology for servicing, quoting, and marketing purposes. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product.You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, or by contacting us directly.

5. Authorization for Consumer Reports (MVR & Loss History)

By submitting a request for an auto, property, commercial, or personal insurance quote, you authorize Citadel Insurance Group, Inc. and its designated insurance carrier partners to obtain consumer reports about you from consumer reporting agencies (e.g., LexisNexis, Auto-Plus). These reports may include your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), driving history, Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange (C.L.U.E.) property loss history, and credit-based insurance scores as permitted under state and federal law.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site—including text, logos, service marks, graphics, design, and software—is the property of Citadel Insurance Group, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by federal and state copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Site content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS OFFERED ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CITADEL INSURANCE GROUP, INC. 9. Governing Law & Forum Selection

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its confl ict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina (7th Judicial Circuit) or the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina (Spartanburg Division).
