David Wilson is the Co-Founder and Owner of Citadel Insurance Group, Inc., bringing more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the clients and communities he serves. He holds an MBA from Winthrop University and is both a CPA and financial advisor, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of financial protection, wealth management, and long-term planning.

In addition to his financial expertise, David is a former residential builder and continues to maintain an active Residential Builder's license. His firsthand experience in the construction industry gives him a unique perspective on the risks, challenges, and insurance needs faced by builders, contractors, and other construction professionals. This practical knowledge allows him to provide specialized guidance and tailored insurance solutions for clients in the building industry.

David's extensive background in finance and construction enables him to help individuals, families, and business owners make informed decisions about their insurance and financial needs. He is committed to delivering personalized solutions and exceptional service, ensuring that every client receives guidance tailored to their unique circumstances.

As a licensed insurance professional in all lines of insurance, including excess and surplus lines, David works diligently to provide clients with access to a broad range of coverage options and specialized risk management solutions.

Outside of the office, David has a passion for aviation and enjoys all things related to flying. He is currently pursuing his pilot's license and looks forward to combining his love of aviation with future travel adventures. He and his wife, Heather, enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their two daughters, Claire and Cate.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, she brings a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and relationship-building to her work in the insurance industry. Heather earned her Master's degree from Converse University and has dedicated her career to helping others navigate important decisions with confidence and clarity.

Drawing on her extensive experience working with individuals and families, Heather is passionate about educating clients on their insurance options and helping them secure coverage that protects what matters most. Her client-centered approach emphasizes trust, responsiveness, and personalized service.

Heather is licensed in all lines of insurance, including excess and surplus lines, allowing her to assist clients with a wide variety of personal, commercial, and specialty insurance needs. She is committed to ensuring that every client receives thoughtful guidance and comprehensive protection tailored to their goals.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Heather enjoys traveling with her family and creating lasting memories with her husband, David, and their two daughters, Claire and Cate. Together, they are dedicated to serving their clients with integrity, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping others protect their future.
